With the rapid development of science and technology and the fierce international competition,human resources have increasingly become a pattern of international competition in the key and strategic resources. The levels of education are increasingly becoming the state's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of the key factors in the different levels of education, and higher education is in critical location. Teachers in colleges and universities are important forces in national knowledge innovation and high-level professionals with an important component of higher education are to complete the important tasks undertaken. Because of working free, income stability, the freedom to dispose of time and two long vacations, their career has been one of the characteristics of envy. But it is only seen teachers in colleges and universities more comfortable side. Teachers in colleges and universities have a large number of teaching, research, academic exchange and other tasks. While the rapid development in society today, the speed and updating knowledge to enhance scientific research capacity requirements, and also allows teachers in colleges and universities face heavy pressure, and their work, life and health are in a pessimistic outlook. The study will analyze subjective quality of life of teachers in colleges and universities in Chongqing.Part I:Analyze subjective quality of life status of teachers in colleges and universities in Chongqing from life satisfaction and well-being.The study finds:1) The subjective quality of life of Chongqing teachers is (the means is 3.52) between the general level and higher level,and the means of life satisfaction is 3.33, 3.72 for well-being.2) The subjective quality of life in different types of teachers in Chongqing's colleges and universities exist certain differences. According to life satisfaction and well-being, those teachers who both in terms of age older than the smaller, lower academic qualifications than higher, married than unmarried, the higher income than lower income, higher in the title of a technical post than lower, are higher relatively.3) The level of life satisfaction and well-being of Chongqing teachers in colleges and universities have strong relevance.Part II:The influencing factors of subjective quality of life of Chongqing teachers in colleges and universities have four aspects, the size of the impact in several...
