The self-control in learning is not only a representation of the general self-control in the learning, but also an important psychological factor which ensures achieving the target of learning.The time of junior middle school is the most important period for the development of students' emotion. In the period, the emotion changes the most. And it' s well known that the unstable emotion will disturb normal learning behaviors. So it' s necessary to probe into the relationship of emotion, emotional control and the self-control in learning.Based on general descriptions of the self-control in learning, emotion, emotional control and other relative theories, the thesis studies junior middle school students by self-deprecating questionnaires on the ability of emotional adjusting of junior middle school students, which measures the ability of emotional adjusting according to the experience and expression of emotion.For the ability of self-control in learning, the author also uses the questionnaire on student' s self-control in learning which is deprecated by Zhanglingcong. And then by statistically analysis, we get clearer ideas about the relationship of emotional adjusting and self-control in learning. The conclusion of this thesis is that there is much correlation between emotional adjusting and self-control in learning, which offers a good method for cultivating self-control in learning.By the analysis of memorization in the different emotions, we find out that pleasure, sadness and dread reduce the achievement of memory. And students who have good self-control in learning can control their emotions better than those who have bad one do.Based on the results of above researches, the thesis also prove that boosting the ability of emotional adjusting can promote students' ability of self-control in learning by using the method of demonstration.
