For primary school students, Chinese learning process is a dynamic process, which is continuously occurring , developing and constructing. It is also a practical process in which students' Chinese quality and basic ability form. The quality and speed of this learning process depend on students' interior initiative role. Teacher, as outer initiative factor, Can only affect, but not take part in and never replace this process. Chinese is a tool and has humanism characteristics.
