To realize the value of mathematics teaching is by not only gathering some mathematics facts, but also understanding the important mathematics teaching methods, proper arrangement of mathematics teaching activities and self-organization of mathematics knowledge. With the implement of the new lesson reform, the process of mathematics learning is becoming the attention of all the teachers who are teaching mathematics. The demand of the new lesson is not the talented persons of getting from examinations, but the creative talents of the new century, thus it is required that teachers should emphasis the students'learning bases on an active constructive one and full of observation, experiments,, guess, testing, inference and communicating. The process should be the one that owns personal and varied learning need. The mathematics teaching of paying attention to process has the great significance for improving students'abilities. We have found that we do not do it well about paying attention to the process of mathematics learning. So it can show the superior of showing solicitude for the process of mathematics learning in the process to care about the experiment effect of students'learning process.
