| One-day activities are basic activities of children in the kindergarten, including admission, breakfast, morning exercises, teaching activities, regional activities, lunch, nap, outdoor activities and other activities, etc. In the one-day activities, based on "Kindergarten Guidelines (Trial)" and the requirements of specific activities, teachers develop a variety of rules that guarantee the one-day activities to be carried out smoothly. In the specific implementation process, the majority of children violate the rules established by teachers in various ways more or less. However, why the children violate these rules? What is the experience of violation of these rules? What are the educational significance and educational value of these experiences? This study is based on the view of the Pedagogy of phenomenology- to-stay or get-rid theory and the concept of default, and face children's life world and life experience directly, and pursuit of educational opportunities and value which the experience shows, and capture the various manifestations of children when they violate rules. Do useful reflection on these experiences, and forming educational sensitivity and decisiveness.In this study, specific cases are collected from the following four aspects: (1) various rule violation experiences of living space (mainly including activity rooms, bathrooms, and bedrooms); (2) various rule violation experiences of Survival time (mainly including lunch time, free time); (3) feelings of rule violation experiences of children (mainly including teaching activities, outdoor activities); (4) rule violation experiences of children associated with others (mainly including rule violation experiences associated with peers and rule violation experiences associated with teachers). 19 representative cases were collected, whit the theme of "naughty", "running around", "drinking water", "muttering", "solitary confinement", "whispering", " nutritious lunch ", "guidance " "washing hands", "little tricks", "English class", "Montessori work ", "slapstick", "distorting mirror", "food talk", "pushing", "beautiful autumn", "activity area", and " foreign teachers". Using phenomenological method of education, profound reflection of these 19 cases was carried out, and various rule violation experiences and 9 experience themes are obtained: (1) frustration and patience - happy to get punished; (2) meet and disguised - leave the sight of teachers; (3) indifference and self-discipline - challenge the authority of teachers and false internalized rules; (4) protest and cause trouble - spread the attention of teachers; (5) endure, circuitous and not with - succumb to challenge the rules of teachers; (6) admit mistakes and to bargain; (7) knowingly and affectation - indulgent fantasy, and building trust; (8) ignored and shirk responsibilities - dissatisfied with the intervention of teachers to maintain vigilance against the unknown punishment; (9)doing nothing and to challenge the authority - expected to get more love and freedom.Through the reflection of the nine experience themes, two subject lines are obtained. From the perspective of children, the first main line is: rule violation→resistance "taming"→get "freedom"→follow their inclinations→only joy principle (children); From the perspective of teachers, the second main line is: using the rules→forming the habit→unified management→reaching a "discipline"→completing"molding". These two lines reveal the true purpose and meaning of rule violation of children. Based on the purpose and meaning of rule violation of children, the educational meanings of rule violation of children are as the following: carefully understand the real purpose of children to violate the rules, meet the children's "unrealistic" aspirations to some extent; to give children a greater living space, more attention and protection; induce children to learn reflection by language, create environment to attract the attention of children; sort out the nature of the rules, revise unreasonable rules, treat unexpected events flexibly ,ect.This study presents educational meanings of violation of the rules of children, and from kindergarten management, teachers, and children care three angles, makes specific recommendations to help teachers use educational tact and build more vitality rules. For example, specific recommendations for teachers are as the following: increasing emphasis on the little things in life difficult to detect, searching for other activities; dealing with violations of the rules of children cleverly, let children become the rule-makers and implementers; to move children with wit and affect children's inner world; squat to understand little secrets of children and subtle influence; leave marks on the mind of children and other countermeasures, etc. |
