The Study On Modern Distance Education Resources And Appliance Of Inner Mongolian Guyang

Along with the Distance Education(DE) putting into practice in primary and junior high school in village of western region ,It has important meaning to understand the ex- period progress and circumstances of DE,. Summarize the experience in the work of DE, analyze the problem that's exists, discuss the method of solving problems This article adopted the questionnaire investigates method and interview method, case study method, investigates the education resources of DE aiming at 70 teaching spots in Guyang County , statistic sing the basic data of construction,development,change in 3 years of Guyang County, Then giving particular analysis and discussing , putting forward feasible suggestion.This article discussed three problems: How the village selects DE teaching spots; how the teachers training proceed according to the DE education resources; how the village teacher apply the DE education resources. Put forward six suggestion : The devotion of funds and equipments is a foundation of DE development; The construction of DE resources is the soul of developing village DE ;The DE expert should give much guide,the upper department should give much inspects and surveillance; The schoolmaster and the DE teacher act as bridge function that can't be instead to DE development; Regard the DE appliance as the contents of the daily teaching activity and assess; this is continuously motive of village primary and junior high school teacher applying DE resources; We should program management fatherly and strict system.This article introduced practice of applying DE resources in my own school, and settled individual cases. This case created environment for teacher using DE resources sufficiently, the condition is old machine promoting to higher grade and old computer room rebuilding, the technique is no dish work station. Hoping this article provide he decision maker and carrier'research and fulfillment for DE with a data with county for unit.
