The Research Of The Present Condition And Concerning Strategy Of The Modern Distance Education Engineering In Rural Middle And Primary Schools Of Jiangxi Province

The modern distance education engineering of rural middle and primary schools in mid-west of our country is a significant strategic action to promote the rural education's great-leap-forward development. At present, the project has already been launched in an all-round way in the range of 20 provinces of mid-west of our country, this project implements long period, and the capital costs in enormous. By the mode of CD broadcasting, satellite receiving station and computer classroom, great quantities modern information technique equipments and resources will be sent to the rural middle and primary school. It is an important way to solve the problems of the rural education, such as shortage of teaching resources, lack of teachers and low quality of education. The modern distance education engineering in Jiangxi province has been built and some experimental school has been brought into use.By the way of questionnaire investigation, on-the-spot investigation and interview with others, this dissertation focus on the modern distance education engineering of rural middle and primary schools launched in Jiangxi province. Based on the statistical analysis of survey results,the author try to find out and analyze the problem during the period of the application of the modern distance education engineering of rural middle and primary schools in Jiangxi province, and draw the conclusion from the present condition, then put forward some measures to solve these problems under realistic conditions to help these modern equipment and resources play great effect in practice and the project's further development.This paper consists of three chapters as follows:Chapter one: Through questionnaires investigations, interviews, and on-the-spot investigations, using charts show and analyze the result.Chapter two: based on the analysis of the survey results, it mainly indicates and analyzes the problems in Jiangxi modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools, mainly from the attitude, teaching resources and the application of resources.Chapter three: For the existence of problems, this part will illustrate some feasible solutions from the attitude change, the construction and application of resources.
