| With the development of computer and communication technology, the burgeoning teaching means constantly were used; the burgeoning teaching means based on computer and communication technology were most modern teaching means currently, which went by the name of modern teaching technology. Modern teaching technology had brought remarkable effect on teaching reformation. The teaching actuality of ethical college and application of modern teaching technology were introduced in this paper, including the characteristic of ethical college, the development of modern teaching technology in ethical college, the investigation and analysis of the teaching actuality of ethical college and of application of modern teaching technology. Then modern teaching technology and teaching reformation of ethical college were analyzed, including the summarization of modern teaching technology, the effect on teaching reformation from modern teaching technology and the change were brought from modern teaching technology. The teaching question from ethical college and the methods and measures from modern teaching technology can advance the teaching reformation were discussed at last.
