Study On Community Education In Well-off Village

Community is a basic cell of society. The development of community education has very close relation to community construction. Coming along with the knowledge-based economy society, 21 century will be a society of learning; the connection between society and education will be closer and more integrative. Community education and construction have become one new idea of modern time; the idea of community education has been fully pushed in our country. Our community education has begun in 1980's and till now, it draws on more and more far-ranging attention. Our concept of community education has turned to big-education idea from juvenile school community education. China is a big agricultural country that has more than 80 percent peasants, the problem of agriculture, peasants and rural are always the important problem that related to the innovation and opening policy and modernized construction. The educational problem in China is rural education, to some extend. And if the problems of rural education are solved, we could solve the problems of our country's education. The sixteenth people's congress of CCP has put forward the new goals of constructing the"well-off society"and"new rural of social democracy", rural community education draws on more and more importance from any part of the country.Henan is the biggest agricultural province that has most population. In the summer holiday of 2004, we went out for an investigation on rural community education; some communities that have developed superior community education aroused my interest. This paper chose two comparatively typical villages: Nanjiecun village and Liuzhuang village to be the objects of my case study, trying to discover and then analyze the characteristic and commonness of their community education, so as to sum up some contents which will be used for reference to other villages.The thesis consists of four parts:...
