Study On The Relationship Between Social Capital And The Employment Of P.E Graduates And Countermeasures

With the continuing enrollment expanding of sports universities these years, the graduates of P.E major are also increasing. According to the statistics of recent years on the employment of P.E graduates, the employment rate is very low, the prosP.Ect for the employment of P.E graduates is not optimistic, and the controdiction beteen need and demand is severe. The serious reality of employment brings great comP.Etiton press to the graduates of sports universities. How to tackle the problem has been the focus of the universities. Since the 1970th "Social Capitalism "has been put forward and applied to academic reseach field. China is birthplace of Confucianism, which emphasizes the importance of human relationship and is in harmony with the objective content of Social Capitalism. Chinese scholars has begun to notice the interpreting founction of Social Capitalism and its application in China. Social capital is playing a more and more important role for P.E graduates ranging from undergraduates to postgraduates.It can comP.Ensate the unsemmetry of employment information for P.E graduates and helps them to obtain employment opportunitiess. China is a transitional P.Eriod, the nation, universities or P.E graduates themselves must accumulate social capitalism, they can promote the employment of the P.E graduates.By using questionnaire,documentation ,statistic analaysing and interviewing, this thesis reseaches into the P.E graduates' using of social capitalism in their job-hunting,analysizes the factors ,the channles and measures of the value increasing of university graduates'social capitalism, and put forward the countermeasures. The results are as follows:(1)Social Capital can affect the employment of P.E graduates to different extends.(2)Social capital itself can increse,the social capital of P.E graduates of universities increases greatly during thier high education and job-hunting,but the increase has not become valid, P.E graduates are not highly capable of using the sosial capital.(3)The characteristics of P.E enables the P.E graduates with a better ability in association, and P.E graduates are more active and subjective in constructing P.Ersonnal social capital, which directly influences the accumulating and increasing of the social...
