In rencent years, the China faces a very complex and very serious employment situation.Employment is difficult because the existing economic structure is irrational,lack skills,and ideas incompatible with the economic environment. This paper search a possible way to solve the employment problem from the perspective of social capital.Social capital as embedded in personal social network resources, with the mechanism of trust and norms, is the behavior of the main purposes of action to mobilize resources to achieve the network capacity, as with physical capital and human capital in parallel with the third capital.This social capital is divided into six areas,family income, parental education, parental occupational level, social practice,student status,student birthplace;and the employment psychological is divided into five areas,employment expect,expect starting salaries,expect working region.further study intentions, entrepreneurial intention. Use literature study, questionnaire survey research method,and analyze the data collected,to study the relationship between social capital and employment psychological, Obtained employment psychological impact of social capital, that with the fierce competition in the job market, social capital impact of employment mentality Seriously, The more abundant social capital, the better employment expectations, the higher the expected salary, the more the intention to go to front-line work in big cities he has. and the intention to continue their studies and entrepreneurship more. Therefore, we obtaine that social capital have a significant impact on the employment of college graduates psychology,.The higher the social capital the college graduates has,the psychological advantage is more obvious..Finally, from the four aspects of the government, society, families and individuals,we propose appropriate countermeasures to have a positive impact on college students employment psychological.
