The study of population migration is an important issue of current sociology ,demology and economics etc. Foreign scholars have taken a lot of studies on it. In company with development of"reform-open"and changing in social structure of China, The scale of population migration between village and city in China increase large. From the 1990s of last century, migration even present a new trend, migrate with the whole family. population migration became a tidal current of society , It make an increasingly deep impact on every aspect of the social life, so the data collection of population migration increase, at the same time, theory and demonstration researches run into a large sum.However,the reasons of migration of country family are complicated. Usually, studies focus on the affect of economic factors in the migratory behaviour. However,economic factor is not the total reason of dynamic population migration nowadays. In this text ,I take the study of a specific transfer mode, namely studying accompanying migration. For the reason to supply a favorable study condition to the child, country family move from country to the city, settle at school neighborhood, take care of the study and live of child. This phenomena has already become common practice in recent years. Face this new phenomena, this text pays close attention to four problems: Why country families do this migration behavior ,which is a rational behavior for individual ,but not rational for the whole.
