The innovation of pedestal education plays an important role at education innovation of the whole state. Now , every country is facing the Chinese curriculum reformation. Based on the Chinese teaching questions, which we excessively poured on the reading and writing and ignored the whole training on the target; which teachers are important than students on the workings; which we partly emphasized on the teachers' mood and ignored the students' emotion on the sentiment intercourse; which there are short of the students' activity on the workings; which the means of evaluation are single, and so on. Rested on the theory of the matter solution, the development of thinking and language of children and the theory of observing learning, we expounded the teaching of the reading and appreciation which can develop the students' Chinese level. In the design, we adopted four tactics and expounded six paces which are reading and asking, reading and understanding, reading and listening, reading and talking, reading and evaluating, reading and writing.
