《The ordinary high school language curriculum standard(Experiment)》clearly pointed out: “students should be encouraged to use their own emotion, experience and vision, to experience the work made angle, personality of the reaction to the works, made to react to find their favorite works.” As can be seen, the curriculum standards for teachers in the teaching process, we should respect the students’ unique reading experience, willing to express their view of reading, showing their reading achievement to press, which requires students with reading appreciation ability. However,through the exchanges of the author and several first-line language teacher, it was found that most students stay in the shallow level of understanding, not to the level of appreciation, or can not find work advantage. Based on this, this paper mainly bases on the theory of cognitive psychology, combining with the cognitive characteristics of students, with the new Cognitive goal classification of Bloom, through the analysis of the constituent elements of the ability of reading, reading appreciation ability construction behavior of frame elements at all levels, developing the behavior standard on the elements of the reading appreciating ability, to supplement and improve the ability of reading and appreciating theory system. On this basis, combing the PEP language teaching materials "research and practice", to determine the behavior of elements at all levels of ability of reading materials performance requirements. In the daily teaching practice, according to the ability of reading and appreciating behavior framework, training students ability of reading and appreciating the exploration.This study is composed of five chapters. Basing on the cognitive hierarchy frame decomposition theory of Bloom, decomposing the elements of reading appreciation ability; Constructing the the reading behavior of frame elements at all levels of the appreciation on the basis of the former two chapters; the fourth chapter is developing the behavior standard on the elements of the reading appreciating ability; The fifth chapter is on the basis of this, through combing the teaching material of “research and practice” in reading behavior enjoy all the competence requirements, explore the training methods in the teaching of reading reading appreciation ability.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the practical basis and theoretical basis of the topic, the related concepts and the research situation at home and abroad are reviewed, and a simple description of the research content and the purpose of this paper,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is an overview of reading appreciation ability. This chapter analyzes the meaning and significance of reading appreciation ability, and based on Bloom cognitive hierarchy theory, a preliminary analysis of the reading ability of appreciation of the constituent elements, and lay the foundation for the way of research and training framework construction behavior next reading appreciation ability.The third chapter is the framework of reading appreciation ability behavior. This Chapter is based on the former two chapters, the construction reading appreciation behavior of frame elements of each constituent capacity, Including behavior framework of reference reading identification ability, reading appreciation ability, reading reference ability and reading recommendation ability.The fourth chapter is behavior standard of the reading appreciating ability. On the basis of the third chapter, developing the performance standard of the three levels of "excellent, good, qualified" on the reading identification ability, reading appreciation ability, reading reference ability and reading recommendation ability.The fifth chapter is the cultivation of reading appreciation ability. On Cultivation of reading appreciation ability, the author from two aspects, one is using the Chinese teaching materials culture to culture the reading appreciation ability, Two is Combining with the practice guidance teachers and famous teachers’ classroom record case.The sixth Chapter is conclusion. This research concludes the innovations and deficiencies.
