Occupational college take in hand the mission of advanced occupational technical education, and exert important function in the field in China whether our country's macroscopical field: politics, economy and techonology, etc. or the microcosmic field: students' self- consummate. This research takes Luzhou Occupational College as a case. Through questionnaire, interview and literature, we find the main questions of this college's student-management consist in the settings of student-management's institution besides the peoblems from students' character.That is to say, there is short of the middle-institution which is communicate with students directly; the student-management institutions' functions are not clear; the work of these institutions is short of pertinency and timeliness. For more, the main reason of these questions are the student-management institutions are short of orientation of itself; the institutions of student-management is short of specialization; management is laking in humanism solicitude. We took some countermeasures. First of all, coming into being the guidance-idea. We should nail down the goal of cultivating students to be and to be elites; In the second place, consummating college student-management institutions and its function for the specialization-management, consolidating the setting and management of class, establishing the management institution of students' dormitory; Last but not least, advocating humanism solicitude and improving the self-identity of our college students to student-management.
