The non-governmental college internal surveillance has made the important role in school's internal management system.Studying on the modern school system theory, this article has expounded that non-governmental college's internal management system's characteristic by researching self-organization theory. Then, it has elaborated the necessity of study on non-governmental college internal surveillance system by reflexive law theory and the modern school internal management system's successional variation process. It has interviewed the headmaster, the teacher and the administrative personnel in the non-governmental college.
