Exploration Of The Student's Self-efficacy For Learning In Vocational School

The vocational education is an important and essential composition of the modern educational system in our country .so it is our urgent demand to develop it vigorously that we can push forward industrialization and modernization of society development; and it is such a vital approach for us to promote the social employment and resolve 'three agricultures' problem better, it is also essential to perfect our modern civil educational system.In 2002, the Conference of National Vocational Education was held and State Department's decision that pushes forward the reformation and development of vocational education system strongly was set down .since then the government reinforced the power to lead and support the vocational education, and take employment as the orientation of its reformation and development. The vocational education became further extension and which ability to service economy and society strengthened .However, the foundation of our vocational education is still weak as a whole. There are a lot of problems not only at macro aspect such as the supports from government but also in the system of vocational education itself such as : financial shortage, the worse condition to run school, the imbalance in interlocal development ,lack of management power ,utilize resource deficiently, low benefit, less student's resource and so on.I just choose a small aspect—the students' self-efficacy for learning in vocational school to research in this thesis and hope to get a pimping angle of view about the students in the vocational school by my investigation: what's the influence their self-efficacy to effect their study, how is the condition and the characteristic of their self-efficacy for learning, what's the main factor to influent their self-efficacy for learning.
