In recent years,with the rapid development of reform and opening up and vigorously promote China's economy,science and technology,the increasing emphasis on secondary occupation education,secondary vocational education level also will continue to improve,but due to the secondary vocational school students,cultural level is poor,so that the majority of students lacking of the learning interest,learning attitude it has not formed,and has not a good learning behavior and learning habits,the lack of correct learning objectives and learning motivation,thus affecting their normal learning and enhancing.In the course of daily learning,the students mainly do not follow the teacher's request to complete the task and tired of learning the mood,some students even appear to undermine the normal order of teaching,thus affecting their normal learning and the quality of the upgrade.Combined with the researcher's teaching experience and careful observation,selected the three motives of learning motivation,learning efficiency and learning burnout to study the secondary vocational school students to teach,to find ways to reduce the learning burnout of secondary vocational students,Their intrinsic motivation,and according to the study of the corresponding educational measures,hoping to draw conclusions from the study,helping improve the future of education teaching for secondary vocational education,and contribute to improve the quality of teaching.This paper will take one of the Zhangzhou secondary vocational school students as subjects,a random sampling method was used,learning motivation scale,learning self-efficacy scale and learning burnout scale as a research tool,exploring the characteristic and relationship between learning motivation,learning self-efficacy and learning burnout.Using t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and other research methods.Research results show that:1.The demand difference between the boys and girls in secondary vocational school students is not obvious,but the boys' problem of students learning interest and learning motivation is more serious than girls;although the boys' learning ability,learning self-efficacy is higher than girls,at the same time,the boys are more likely to be seriously alienated from their studies.2.Grades,only-child,whether boarding on learning motivation and learning self-efficacy have a significant impact,and the other factors on learning motivation,learning self-efficacy,learning burnout does not have an Significant difference.3.Different professional effect on the secondary vocational school students' learning motivation,learning self-efficacy,learning burnout is very significant.4.There is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and learning burnout,and a positive correlation between learning self-efficacy and learning motivation,but the relationship between learning self-efficacy and learning burnout is not obvious.5.Learning self-efficacy,learning motivation and each factor has a negative predictive effect on learning burnout and its dimensions.6 Cultivate and stimulate learning motivation,enhance students' learning self-efficacy,optimize curriculum,focus on the development of students' mental health,enrich the campus cultural life,thus reducing the students' learning burnout.
