The research on the cooperation between kindergarten, family and community showed that the human and material resources in the family and community are important to development of children and the kindergarten.As an educational, scientific, and cultural center in a community, the university has many advantages both in human resources and material resources. Various materials and environment provide a good chance to organize activities out of kindergarten. The high degree and the priorities of the parents make it possible for kindergarten to rich and deepen the activities. The positive atmosphere has a potential impact on children development. But the research recently showed that resources in the family and community are not fully used.According to the purpose of this research, the author chooses 6 kindergartens as the targets, gathered and analyzed the information though interview, questionnaire, documentation according to the problems below: (1)The teachers' recognition of "Using of Family and Community's Resources". (2) The teachers' practice and exploitation activities. (3)The teacher's recognition of superiorities and weakness of the kindergarten attached to university. (4) The teachers' analysis of the factors affecting the use of the resources.The result showed that the kindergartens have used the resources of the university fully, and embodied the characteristics of kindergartens attached to university: (1) material and environment resources are fully used. (2) Communication between teachers and parents is easier. (3) Parents' involvements are varied. (4) Professional priorities of the parents are apparent. But still some problems exist: (1) the community resources are not fully used. (2) Communication between kindergartens and families are not enough both in width and depth. (3) Teachers' quality is not high enough. (4) Kindergarten's administrative system is not scientific.Based on the reality, the author brings forward some advices in the use of the family and community's resources: (1) Extend and use the resource net comprehensively. (2) Access family and community resources systematically. (3) Improve teachers' ability of using the resources. (4) Improve administrative support measures of using the resources actively.
