Research On Improving The Present Situations Of Educational Researches In Primary And Middle Schools

In recent years, educational researches in primary and middle schools have been developing vigorously. Ideas like "To Revitalize Education through Scientific Researches" and "To Revitalize Schools through Scientific Researches" are now becoming more and more popular and scientific researches into education are now gradually becoming an important means to improve the teachers' specialty studies and to enhance the school's management level. However, there are still various unsatisfactory aspects and quite a few problems to be resolved in the fast growth of the educational researches in primary and middle schools. These problems will, to a large degree, lower the quality and effects of the educational researches.This thesis endeavors to generalize the existent problems in the educational researches in primary and middle schools based on the interview of the leaders of educational researches in Qingpu district and relative contributions about educational researches in primary and middle schools in the journals and magazines in our country. After analyzing the causes of these problems, the author categorizes the developmental stages in the schools' educational researches and offers the strategies and suggestions to improve the present situations of them. As for the majority of the schools still at the starting stage and at the regulation-establishing stage, they should lay down the management rules of their own school-based educational research to further develop the educational researches in primary and middle schools. As for those schools with a comparatively good basis of scientific researches, they should, based on bettering the management rules of their school-based educational researches, set up their scientific research culture so that the sustainable and healthy development of the schools' educational researches can be ensured.
