An Investigation On Present Situation Of Management Of Educational Scientific Researches In Primary And Middle Schools In Alashan League

At present, scientific researches prospering schools has become an effective method that a great many schools have been forming their own distinguishing features of education. Especially, while new curriculum standards have been carried out, more and more teachers have participated in educational scientific researches. However, compared to prosperous educational scientific researches activities in primary and middle schools, management of educational scientific researches in primary and middle schools has fallen behind, especially in the west in China, where education is undeveloped, researches on the present situation of educational scientific management is lacking.Alashan League in Inner Mongolia is a multinational area which lies in the northwest in our country. Take the primary and middle schools in Alashan League as an example, an investigation on the present situation of management of educational scientific researches was made . Investigation was used and thirty-three schools were taken out by random sampling in Alashan League. In order to explain the problems further, some headmasters or deans who manage educational scientific researches in primary and middle schools were interviewed by making an outline for interviews on the base of investigation.The investigation has shown that management of educational scientific researches in Alashan League has improved in recent years. Managers have realized the importance to manage educational scientific researches in their schools; organizations have been set up one by one; achievements have been made in some questions for study. But there are following problems to solve: organization of management of educationil scientific researches is not perfect, the whole process of monitoring to questions for study is weak; there is no a comprehensive program on study; files are not complete, and methods and equipment to collect information is undeveloped. These factors prevent management of educational scientific research from being improved. Finally, according to the actual situation in Alashan League, relevant countermeasure and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of management of educational scientific researches in primary and middle schools in Alashan League.
