Teaching's fundamental importance is based on teacher. As the most direct implementer of bilingual teaching and the most important completion person of bilingual teaching task, the quality of bilingual teachers will have key influence on the completion of bilingual teaching purpose. Bilingual teaching is just at the starting stage in our country, the relevant related systems and mechanisms are also imperfect, so the deficient situations of qualified bilingual teachers are comparatively serious. With the thorough implementation of bilingual teaching in our country, bilingual teachers have already become a bottleneck problem of restricting bilingual teaching development.In view of the serious deficiency of bilingual teachers currently in our country, districts and schools that carry on bilingual teaching experiments all take certain measures to strengthen the training of bilingual teachers. The results of training concerns the quality and ability of bilingual teachers, then influenced the quality of bilingual teaching. Therefore, the study on the effectiveness of these present bilingual teacher training approaches has important value of theory and practice to bilingual teaching experiment.First of all, through the research on the result of training which carries on the basis of bilingual teachers' professional development, this thesis is expected to help bilingual teachers' training strengthen the effectiveness of training in the plural training practice. Meantime, it is expected that the development of bilingual teachers becomes a kind of idea of bilingual teachers' training, promotes the educational practice of the bilingual teachers better. Secondly, through investigating and analyzing different demands of the bilingual teachers who are in service, on the base of which, regarding the bilingual teachers' specialization as the orientation, probing into the advantages and deficiency of each kind of training approach, this thesis is expected to optimize these training approaches, realize the two-way development of bilingual teachers' individuality and profession.The research frame of this thesis is roughly divided into the following several...
