The School Education And Juvenile Crime Prevention

The juvenile breaking law and committing crime is a kind of complicatedly social phenomena, which not only endangers the social order seriously, disturbs economic construction and development of society, but also affects the juvenile's healthy growth to great extent. The juvenile breaking law and crime includes breaching "penal law" with "the public order management punishment regulation" of behavior, also includes the juvenile's bad behavior and serious behavior. Generally speaking, the juvenile breaking law and crime is blemish and shortcomings that are caused by socialization. The school has the prominent function in the nonage's process of socialization. Preventing juvenile from breaking law and crime is a social system engineering, which entails the joint effort of school, family and society, among them the education in school plays a critical role Because there are some blemishes and shortcomings in our educational contents , in the educational method, attitude and management in school, it affects the juvenile's socialization process seriously and becomes inducement for the juvenile to break law and crime. In this thesis the author presents some errors in the primary and junior high school educational stage , it is the errors that induces the juvenile to violate crime and do a series of probe and thinking of how to change school education and management to reduce the nonage to break law crime.
