The legal education in university has undergone for over 26 years since 1986,when the first lesson of legal basis began to open in university by the decision of State Board of Education.University legal education is an integral part of the ideological and political education.The ideological and political education on college students include ideological education,political education,moral education,legal education,theoretical education and social practice.This kind of education is designed to enable students to form a scientific world outlook and values,form correct ideas and ways of thinking and good moral character besides ethical behavior.China economy developed rapidly with the reform and opening up,and all the sectors of society have begun to become prominent too.ln order to build a harmonious and stable socialist country with Chinese characteristics,China has been building a socialist country under the rule of law as our country's ills,so it also put forward higher requirements for legal Education in colleges and universities of today's legal system.It is no longer focused on legal literacy only,but also aimed to improve the quality of the students'legal,develop the concept of the legal system,establish the legal belief.Crime prevention might be the starting point and end-result of long-term mechanism.At the point of crime prevention and combined with China's social security comprehensive management theory,the paper expounded the theory of crime prevention and specified in the problems of today's Legal Education and disadvantages at the same time.All the things done before are aimed to find the new methods and new ways texplore to explore the long-term mechanism for crime prevention legal education.
