To receive education is one of the important rights of the Chinese citizens given by the Chinese Constitution and the important requirement to our government made by the international convention. With the education strengthening economic development, political democracy and cultural construction and with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, to receive education has already become an indispensable way to survive and develop for the modern social members. But it's a pity that the concern on the right to education, especially on the one of the rural disadvantaged groups has always been staying on the surface, and cognitive deviation and theoretical ignorance have often brought out the result against people's expectations of the right to education in the actual life.With the guidance of the basic thoughts and views of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the dissertation uses such methods as combination of theory and practice, comparative analysis to analyze the reasons for the current situation that the right to education has been unfavorably guaranteed in the rural disadvantaged groups of our country. From the historic perspective, dual economic structure in urban and rural areas is an important systematic reason for the backwardness of education; from the economic angle, the government investment to education in rural areas is seriously insufficient; from the standpoint of rule of law, the rural disadvantaged groups have failed to enjoy real legal justice.The author holds the opinion that the following should be done so as to realize real education justice and ensure the right to education in the rural disadvantaged groups effectively: Firstly, to change the idea and to...
