With the development of society, economic situation improves gradually, but the gap between the rich and the poor has become increasingly apparent, leading to socially disadvantaged groups are also growing.The unfavorable economic by capital converting and passing,further solidify and even strengthen their disadvantage, which comes to that not only at the economic level, but also the cultural level, their performance was also not satisfactory.The disadvantaged position on cultural level is also projected to school,making the children of this group posses the same disadvantage in the school field,which we call it "the relatively disadvantaged."This part of students suffer unfair treatment in the school-on the brink of class,be overlooked by teachers.Therefore,we raise concerns about the relatively disadvantaged in the class management, their living conditions and analyze the reasons behind the phenomenon, which in order to propose specific measures to improve their situation.This article will focus on the the relatively disadvantaged in the class management,and select several students in the seventh grade of a junior school in Wuhan as cases through questionnaires, using observation,interviews and other methods to make case studies.Through revealing the development track of the cases in the school, it represent the unjust situation of the relatively disadvantaged groups,and then expect the community, schools, teachers can focus on the disadvantaged students, improve their situation, and promote educational equity.This article is divided into five parts. The first part consists of two aspects. On the one hand, we introduce the background, significance and existing research, and then conduct reviews.On the other hand, we define the core concepts and discrimination,and explains the ideas and methods of the research.The second part, we clarify the importance of focusing on the relatively disadvantaged in the educational practice, and thus illustrate the value of this study.The third part,through the case study, we reveal the status of the relatively disadvantaged in class-the marginalized in the classroom,the persons in institutional weaknesses, lack of educational resources and rights that should be obtained.The fourth part, we analyze the deep cause of the relatively disadvantaged from family and school aspects.The family aspect is that the low level of parents' education, pay less attention to their children education, parental absence in family education and so on; The school aspect is that the imbalance of education system,the left-behind education, and the rigid evaluation and examination system. The fifth part, on the basis of the previous research, we propose targeted strategies for improvement.This study suggests that we can start from six aspects. First, strengthen the home-school cooperation;the second is to establish the scientific system of headteachers' evaluation;the third one is the implementation of concerned class management; the fourth one is to improve the students' educational evaluation model; the fifth is to balance the interaction between students and teachers, and maintain teachers' voice fair; the sixth one is respecting students' need, and upholding acknowledged justice.
