The rapid progress of Internet has significant influence to college students who use Internet most frequently. Nowadays, Internet is still an invented environment with low controllability and ambiguous orientation to main trend of value, college students can connect with Internet conveniently, in which they can feel the democracy, freedom, convenience and opening of the network world, but at the same time they always be led to a situation of confused thought and the deviation of moral behavior. More and more new problems of morality that are caused by college students appear. Furthermore, facing the new network environment, the traditional moral education also appears a series of unadaptable affairs.
