Peer communications plays a unique role in preschool children development. It has been proved that a good relationship will have a positive influence on preschool children's cognitive emotional and sociality development. But with the environmental influence, there have no good relationships between them. They lack necessary communication skills and sympathy .They also can't share and cooperate with peers. Even they lack this activity and enthusiasm. In a word, these circumstances have affected seriously the children's sociality development and sound development of their whole minds and bodies. The writer thinks the reason that results in this present condition is a deficiency of children peer communications. The Hrtup.W.W (1990) has pointed out that without the opportunity of children's equal peer communications, they can't study the valid communication skills. So, analyzing the reason that resulted in the deficiency of children peer communications is the key to this problem.The related problem of children peer communications has been researched largely. These researches contain very big values of theories and practice. But there are not much articles proceeding in cultural angle of view.
