We live in a mathematical world, practically all branches of mathematics have found great use in our life. The level of mathematical thinking and problem solving needed in the daily life and the workplace has increased dramatically. In such a world, those who understand and can do mathematics will have opportunities to open doors to productive futures. In order to meet the serious challenge from the phenomenon of "mathematicization of society", more and attention has been paid to the development of students'ability to apply mathematics in the reform of mathematics education at home and abroad in recent years.Mathematical modeling, which focus on the application of mathematics to solve real-life problems, are gaining predominance over the traditional mathematics teaching styles in advancing the students' application consciousness of mathematics, that is why the national standards for mathematics curriculum in the elementary education presented positive demands to mathematical modeling. However, existing conditions of instruction and study for middle school mathematical modeling looks blue, and our students are still taught to plug in numbers and chug through a formula, and never learn how mathematics relates to other disciplines, much less the real world. In fact, middle school mathematical modeling in our country presented itself in the form of contest, which is Lack of conformity with the knowledge structure and intelligence levers of average middle school students, and adrifts from normal instruction. It is just the prohibitive elitism education that keep most teachers and students of middle school from mathematical modeling.Research methods of the present study is a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research with an emphasis on the former. The overall purpose of the study is to explore the sequencing instructional modules for middle school mathematical modeling, which accord with the principle of programmed instruction and the idea of "Mathematics for all." All the work is done from five aspects:1. Give a comprehensive view of theoretical development and typical experience of sequencing instruction of mathematical modeling in middle school.2. Explore the theoretical basis of sequencing instruction of mathematical modeling in middle school. On the one hand, undertake a comprehensive analysis of the mathematicization idea and the teaching method with model in RME; On the other...
