The harmony has been ideal and goal that people have pursued all the time, development is the eternal theme of the human society.Chinese development has made the enormous achievement no matter in the economy,society or in cultural after reforming for 28 years. At present ,The society and economy of our country is going through the fierce changes and making the transition. How should deal with to various kinds of contradictions and all kinds of accidents that brought the transition of the society, it is more thorny problem.So, harmonious development and the construction of harmonious society has already become the brand-new idea of the party in power and the various straturn.The harmonious development of higher education is answer to the harmonious society.At present the higher education in our country is also in a period of transition,by influence of the transition the society and internationalized education.In the course of the transition, the appearances of different contradictions are unavoidable.
