Study On Status And Countermeasures Of Rural Community Construction In Fujian Coastal Area

In recent years, new socialist countryside construction becomes a big concern of the society, as an important content of forming a scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious socialist society. In order to construct new socialist countryside, China puts forward the thought of rural community construction step by step and the experimental work of rural community construction is being carried out all over the country. At this time, there has been exploration and practice of rural community construction in Fujian Province, but it is still at a primary stage and the accumulated experience is not more, on the background of unbalanced development of rural socio-economic and great differences in region conditions,we should explore the scope, contents and model of rural community construction. On the historical background, the author puts forword a subject on the coastal rural community construction in Fujian Province.The author summarizes the current situation and existing problems in China and abroad from clarifying the significance, emphasis and relevant concepts of the study of rural community construction, investigates status with achievement and finds there has been important problems at the course of the coastal rural community construction in Fujian Province by investigation and analysis on the data of Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou,Xiameng and Zhangzhou,such as lack of cognition, imperfect management system, poor infrastructure,narrow fund sources channels, community residents with low qualities. After comparison and analysis on experiences and main methods at the course of the rural community construction in Jiangxi,Jiangsu,Shangdong,Hubei by cases study methods and combining the existing problems at the course of the coastal rural community construction in Fujian,the author thinks that the coastal rural community construction in Fujian area should combine with local reality, make feasible construction plans by using for reference other people's precious experiences. There are some concrete measures,such as strengthening the rural community planning, improving the quality of the academic journals and execute work of propaganda and public media, improving the work contingent's integrated quality and play a principal role, perfecting infrastructure,establishing and perfecting the service systems,cultivating volunteers staff.
