To compare the language attitude and language learning motivation on Chinese, English and Filipino amongst the Chinese school students in Philippine, this research utilizes "the Match-guise Technique" and "Attitude/Motivation Test Battery" as researching tools to facilitate the research. The research indicates that: (1) The language attitude of Chinese school students in Philippine on Filipino is the best, the students' language affection tends obviously to their native language. (2) The language attitude of Chinese school students in Philippine on Chinese and English is influenced by the sex of the speakers. Their overall impression towards female English speakers is better than female Chinese speakers, and their evaluation towards the appearance characteristics of male Chinese speakers is higher than that of male English speakers. Generally, the language attitude of Chinese school students in Philippine on Chinese and English possesses little difference. (3) As a dependent variable, the grade significantly influences the students' language attitude. (4) The language affection of the college students majoring in Chinese education on Filipino is stronger than the language affection on Chinese. Attention must be paid to cultivate their ardent love for Chinese teaching. (5) Since the part-time Chinese learners have realized the importance of Chinese, their language attitude towards Chinese is better than English, but possess no difference comparing with Filipino. (6) The language attitude of Grade-6 students in elementary department in Philippine Chinese schools on Chinese, English and Filipino possesses no significant difference, indicating that the language stereotyped impressions haven't been developed amongst students in Grade 6 in elementary department in Philippine Chinese schools. Besides their language attitude is more positive, therefore, it is beneficial if Chinese community attaches more importance to Children's Chinese education. (7) There are no significant difference between the Chinese learning motivation and the English learning motivation amongst Chinese school students in Philippine. It is unreasonable that they consider English as a better language than Chinese. (8) Chinese school students in Philippine learn English mainly because of its actual value, more culture acknowledge components exit while they learning Chinese.
