Mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy and a new century with a feature of political democratization, economic globalization and cultural diversity. Based on such an integrative and diversal background, what should teachers do to practice national culture mission is discussed in this thesis. In addition to the origin, conclusion and appendix, the basic content of this study is divided into six parts.The first part, the definition of the domain and the summary of the content. The basic domain of the study is defined in this part, the synthesis of related researches, the research plan and basic framework of the study are introduced.The second part, experiencing and observing the background of globalization and ecological environment of culture which contemporary Chinese teachers in. It protrudes contemporary Chinese teachers'national culture mission and urgency of practice for this mission from the aspects of necessity, urgency and possibility and makes further research on the value of theory and significance of the era.The third part, examining contemporary Chinese teachers'national culture mission from the human - education-cultural relations: as a cultural emissary, contemporary Chinese teachers shoulder the historic mission of cultural heritage and innovation, they are historical successor of national culture, the main infectors, rational reflection persons and contemporary interpretations. National cultural mission displays the foundation of contemporary Chinese teachers'culture mission. As a historical successor to the national culture, the basic requirement is comprehending and understanding the traditional national culture first; As the main infector of a national culture, the main channel is group demonstrations, courses relaying and classroom teaching; As a rational reflection of the national culture, the dimension mainly focus on the history -- the era and the nation -- the world; As a contemporary interpretation of the national culture, the core is the contemporary interpretation of the basic spirit of the national culture (see specific examples of this appendix).Part four, as the practice of teachers'national cultural mission: it mainly elaborates how teachers to resort teacher groups culture by checking themselves based on their own. To that, teachers should strengthen cultural conscious, have a strong responsibility of national culture based on ration, strengthen identity with national culture and improve their own cultivation as a whole; They should forward the fine tradition of our national culture and reshape contemporary cultural of teachers'groups.Part five, as the practice of teachers'national cultural mission: it focuses on curriculum carriers, mainly elaborates how teachers to restructure courses culture depending on carrier. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the critical awareness of contemporary culture courses, strengthen the nationality and the times of the curriculum goals and values, protrudes nationality and the times of course content, attend to the nationality and the times of the implementation curriculum culture.Part six, as the practice of teachers'national cultural mission: it applies in the classroom teaching, it mainly elaborates how teachers to grasp key positions to reconstruction classroom culture. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the reflection of teaching, start reflective teaching; Look closely at classroom life, reconstruct classroom culture, Optimize the design, improve the results of classroom teaching.
