On Teaching Communication Of Promoting Students' Development

Teaching communication is an activity for teachers and students to ex-change information, ideas and feelings, which is an important approach to achieve students'development. It's the inevitable demand that modern society have set on classroom teaching.The paper has defined communication, teaching communication and stu-dents'development, and then set forth the important role of teaching commu-nication to students'development, including promoting absorbing knowledge, arousing study motives, promoting mental health, promoting moral develop-ment and promoting modern personality. And the paper has analyzed emphati-cally the actual plight of teaching communication at present, such as institu-tionalized status difference between teachers and students, autocratic classroom controls, lack of understanding between teachers and students, lack of non-cognitive communication. At last, the paper has put forward some relevant strategies of establishing developmental teaching communication to promote the students'development: persist in students as subject of communication and heighten students'sense of participation, improve the quality of the teachers and carry out democratic teaching style, strengthen the understanding between teachers and students, establish good relationship between teachers and stu-dents, enrich teaching forms and bring about multilateral teaching communica-tion.
