The science originates from question, and it Is more the finder rather than the solver to get things done in many important inventions and innovations in history. The reform of new course bases on the basic requirement of modern talent. It pays more attention to how to study and how to create,develop and structure new knowledge constantly in different situations. "Question Teaching" is a teaching method which represents the reform of new course,and its main characteristics to make question core,to make team unit and to learn by one's own.This article refers to the experience and on "Question Teaching" of other subjects of home and abroad. Meanwhile, disintegrates the characteristics of modern learning pattern and the requirement which is from the reform of new course to reading teaching to present eight tactics: setting situation, setting goals, psychology active transfer of question, exploring activity, solving problems, co-studying, the drill of Psychology active transfer, and evaluation and reflection. It also designs the structure that aims at "Teaching" and "Learning", whose core is "question" and describes the experiments which have been done. All of above makes it clear that the "Question Teaching" can stimulate the students' interest of studying, make them grasp multiple reading methods, improve their reading comprehension greatly. And let them get into good studying habit.
