Chinese language education is the most important course education of junior high school students and reading education is an important part of Chinese language education. Chinese reading education should be attached greater importance in the new curriculum reform, especially in the new curriculum standards. At the same time, the process of Chinese reading education is the best way to cultivate students’ question consciousness. Therefore, our Chinese language reading education starts from questions in junior high school and it establishes a certain feasibility for the study. Combining the social needs for talents, this paper selected the topic of problem-based junior high schools’ Chinese reading education in No.1 Middle School of Gengma country under the background of the education. This paper will start from the problems of Chinese reading education, which exist in the current junior high school, to explore the reasons of the problems and then put forward that teaching should start from question-based Chinese language reading in junior high school. Through reading texts, we should aim at texts and learn how to raise questions, analyze questions, solve questions and create new questions. This thesis mainly consists of the following sections:The first part is about the reason of choosing the thesis topic and review of the study. It mainly elaborates the research significance from the question-based teaching of junior high schools’ Chinese language reading, and questions, question consciousness, reading, reading teaching’s researches at home and abroad are summarized.The second part is about the theoretical basis and connotation of the problem-based teaching for junior high schools’ Chinese language reading. The paper starts with theoretical aspects to connotation analysis of the question-based teaching for junior high schools’ Chinese language reading.The third part is about the survey and cause analysis of the current situation of teaching for junior high schools’ Chinese language reading. The paper adopts field investigation with questionnaire, and through analysis of questionnaires find that the reasons of existing problems are various, including the restriction of traditional Chinese culture, the restriction of traditional Chinese language teaching concepts and methods, the restriction of exam-oriented education etc.The fourth part is about the effective implementation of the question-based teaching for junior high schools’ Chinese language reading. It is mainly about different strategies to guarantee the effective development of Chinese language reading teaching and is the focus of the paper. According to the survey of the current situation and the result of cause analysis, the researcher thinks it is necessary to cultivate students’ question consciousness and teach them how to ask questions at first. Secondly, it ought to promote the teachers’ effective questioning, from the teachers’ leading role to guide the students to analyze problems. Once again, to restore students’ reading to its normal state, not to be hijacked by exams. In the process of discussion on the effective implementation of the teaching of Chinese reading, the paper also provides the relevant case analysis.
