Research On The Improvement Of The Outside Class Reading Ability Of Middle School Students

We need life-long learning. How do we develop the students'field of vision in Chinese learning and guide them widely to contact the society and the life so that they can learn and use Chinese in broader space? This is a permanent research topic for our teachers.The research into improving the students'outside reading ability is the need of time and education for all-round development, the need of enhancing the students'Chinese accomplishment and exam ability , and also the needs of modern education teaching reform.The article offers some information from the writer's field research into the middle shool students'outside reading in Bayannur . It is basicly in a state of random, disorder and low efficiency. It is showing a tendency of decrease of reading amount and proportion , and shallow entertainment tastes. Thus the research subject has been proposed that it is a must to improve the students'outside reading ability in the article.The countermeasure and suggestions on enhancing the middle-school students'outside reading ability has been proposed in the article. The article gives the all-round accounts of it in the following aspects : (1) Motivate the students'interest; (2) Choose reading materials scientificly ; (3) Guide to differentiate style classification; (4) Improve teacher's own reading quality. Based on the actual teaching and considering the students and teachers, the four suggestions are operational and have strong usability.
