Present Situation And The Strategies Of No1. High School In Zhong Qi Of Wu Meng

Education is the root of a race's development. Teachers play a key role on whether a school can bring up the qualified and talented person for the country even for the human society or not. Morality of the teachers, which is the external form of teachers'quality, influences the development of education directly. The thesis is based on the document The Norms of Teachers'Professional Morality in Primary and Junior High School and the basic requirements to the teachers which derives the essence from the document in the No.1 high school in Zhong Qi of Wu Meng. The author gives some suggestions to the construction of teachers'professional morality through the survey of the condition of the teachers'professional morality. The thesis is constitutes of three parts: (1) the concept and peculiarity of teachers'professional morality; (2) present situation and analysis of reasons of No 1. high school in Zhong Qi of Wu Meng; (3) the strategies to improve the present situation of teachers'professional morality. Although the author is a teacher in No.1 high school, she does not know about the situation of the teachers'professional morality deeply and thoroughly. The author designed a kind of questionnaire about the teachers'professional morality, which was according to The Norms of Teachers'Professional Morality in Primary and Junior High School, when she prepared the thesis. Then she delivered them to all of the teachers in No.1 high school, a part of students and their parents. Meanwhile, she collected the information of their attitudes and opinions towards the present situation of the teachers'professional morality by interviewing and having meeting with the teachers. Through analyzing and researching the problems existing in the teachers'professional morality at present, she gives us six pieces of advice to construction of present teachers'professional morality. These can be summarized as follows:1. the administrative department and the school leaders should pay much attention to the construction of the teachers'professional morality; 2.the local government should try their best to support the education; 3.the teachers should improve the consciousness of their professional morality in order to reject the impact of negative phenomenon in society; 4.the school leaders should bring up the teaches to form a good habit of professional moral behavior; 5. the school leaders should manage to help teachers improve teachers'quality of psychology; 6.the school leaders should make the school cultural construction greatly and create an excellent atmosphere to bring up teachers'professional morality.
