| With the development of society and education,the teacher professional development also put forward new requirements.It must break the bottleneck as a necessary important part of education reform and lead to the new chapter of education reform.The teachers of senior high school are responsible for the examination of college entrance and the task of talent training for the future.It determines the necessity of the development of high school teachers’ professional.But there are many problems in the process of the development of teachers’ professional of senior high school in China.For examples,the consciousness of the development of teachers’ professional,the professional skills of teachers,the pay to the development of teachers’ professional,the affection of teachers’ professional and the existing path of the development of teachers’ professional.These problems are challenges to the development of Teachers’ professional of high school.In order to solve the problems existing in the professional development of teachers of senior high school and find the effective paths of professional development of teachers,this article uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the case analysis method,and takes the high school teachers in Henan province as the research object,based on the data of the questionnaire survey and the interview and the results of the analysis of the status of professional development of high school teachers,based on the status quo of the high school teachers professional development and proposed strategies for high school teachers professional development to find a practical path.This article is divided into four parts,the first part is the professional development of high school teachers,high school professional development,including professional knowledge,professional skills and professional feelings.In this part,the author summarizes the explanations of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional affection,and combs the relevant literature,and then puts forward the author’s understanding of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional affection.The second part is the particularities of high school teachers’ professional development,in this part,it makes a concrete explanation for those particularities.as follows,teaching environment’s strong competitive of senior high school restricting the teachers’ professional development,The professional of the curriculum content deepening the professional development of senior high school teachers,the initiative of students’ Influencing on the professional development of senior high school teachers’.It interpretation of the particularity of the professional development of teachers in the environment of high school teaching.The third part are analyzed and summarized the present situation of the professional development of high school teachers through the questionnaire investigation and interview results.And find out the root of restricting the professional development of senior high school teachers based on analysis This particularity is reflected not only in the teaching environment,but also reflected in the teaching content and knowledge of the recipient,this three aspects of the interpretation of the particularity of the professional development of teachers teaching in Senior High School under the environment.In the third part,taking Henan Province as an example,through the questionnaire investigation and interview results,we analyzed and summarized the current status of high school teachers’ professional development.The situation of the high school teachers on the teaching skills’ neglection is more obvious,the proportion of capital investment and the use of the current situation is worrying,teachers access system and teacher treatment policy is unsatisfactory,the ways of professional development of the teachers is the formal theory,and practicality is not strong,and teachers’ autonomous development is weak awareness..in the fourth part,according to the current situation in the third part,we find the effective ways and Strategies for professional development of high school teachers.as follows: we should increase the financial support,ensure the effectiveness of capital investment,establish the mechanism of development of resources to ensure the fairness of education,strict standards of teacher’s development,strengthen the system of norms and protection,development of professional development goals scientifically and carry out school-based training actively,survey the functions of the school again and establish the independent consciousness of teachers’ professional development. |
