On February, 26th, 2004, several views on how to strengthen and improve the construction on morality of the Unmature issued by the central state council points out"the school is the main channel to teach moral lessons to the unmature. According to the party's educational principle, the moral education should be put in the primary position of quality-oriented education and penetrate into the different links of education."At present, the schools'moral education can't adapt itself to the development of society, and keep abreast of the times. It is a fact that the moral education of middle schools is faced with unprecedented new contradiction and problems. In recent years, our country has done a lot on strengthening the moral education, but the effectiueness of the moral education is hat satisfactory. Many moral educations altitude male researcher and studies with high responsibilities. From different perspectives and aspects, they seek for the causes and draw a conclusion that the management of moral education is the key factor of influencing the effectiueness of moral education.Based on such background, the essay chooses the management of the schools moral education as its object of study and try to adopt many kinds of approaches of educational science and find out a new countermeasure to the management of moral education for adapting new situations.The essay is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It summarizes the reason and significance of choosing the subject and illustrates the basic flow of thought and the major methods of research.The second part is mainly discusses the relation ship between humanisticengineering ideals and the management of schools'moral education. It analyzes the connotation of humanistic engineering and the thought origins and the meaning of schools'humanistic engineering and its features. And also it makes an analysis on the meaning characteristic. Function and significance and states the necessity of the adoption of humanistic engineering ideals to the management of schools'moral education in the new times.The third part is about the observation and the analysis of the present situation of the management schools of moral education. From surveys and interviews, some achievements have been made on the present schools'management of moral education. But there still exist some problem. it is about the lack of humanistic engineering in schools'management of moral education and it is shown in the followings: the emphasis on scientific management; the unitary of evaluation of moral education and the system of rewards and penalties and lack of democracy; the focus on moral educators'verbal instruction not personal examples; the stress on the focus of methods not the effetiueress. What can account for them? Moral educators lay emphasis on intellectual education but ignore moral education; they set up the higher aims and deviate from the facts. Many schools neglect the key roles of teachers and student-centred position; schools'management system of moral education lacks democracy. In addition, the bad influences from families and different sides of society bring a heavy shock on schools'moral education management. The essay also makes on analysis on the causes of the problems. The fourth part discuses the solutions to schools'moral education management based on humanistic engineering ideals. This part is also the highlight of the essay. Some specific counter measures are raised from the following fine aspects, that is, the leaders should set up humanistic management ideals; they should reflect their humanistic concern to the teachers'management. The students'management should be centred onstudents and give full play to the student-centred moral education; democratic management system should be constructed and amplified. School culture should be perfected and school spirit should be cultivated.The fifth part is conclusion. It is a summary of the essay. It also makes further reference to several problems in adopting humanistic engineering ideals to schools'management moral education.
