Ten years of breeding trees and educating people for centuries.Primary school students ' ideological and moral education plays an important role in the whole life thought education,it is like the foundation of a big tree,the foundation of a building,and the good moral habits from the early age will make a person benefit for a lifetime.However,with the great explosion of knowledge and the arrival of the information age,the change or innovation of the students ' ideological and moral education has not been up to the pace of the Times,and the idea that the primary school attaches importance to the basic knowledge education and ignores the ideological and moral education has not been improved effectively.Therefore,the ideological and moral education of primary school students still need to be further explored.First of all,this article through the domestic and foreign research review and the primary school students ' ideological and moral education outline analysis found that the primary school students ' ideological and moral education system is less,the study of primary school students moral and behavioral problems,which provides a strong reference for the in-depth development of this article.Secondly,taking the primary school of Yan ' an university as an example,this paper probes into the practical effects,educational methods,traditional virtues and regional characteristics of the students ' ideological and moral education,and points out that the educational environment,the students ' subjectivity and the use of local characteristics are the main factors restricting the development of the primary school students Thirdly,through the study of school moral Education management,the observation of students ' moral education level,the understanding of parents and family education,the investigation of the social environment of students ' life,and the discussion on the present situation and characteristics of ideological and moral education in primary schools,this paper studies the educational environment of improving students ' ideological and moral To form a school cooperative education environment,give full play to students in the ideological and moral education of the main role,and create a local characteristics of the ideological and moral educational system solutions.The foothold of this thesis is to promote the all-round development of students ' political idea,moral and physical and mental health,to foster good behavior habit and moral character,to permeate the Yanan spirit and the characteristic culture of North Shaanxi into the concrete process of moral education,and to inherit the Chinese outstanding traditional culture.The ideological and moral education theory of primary school students is used to solve the problems of moral education in the affiliated primary schools of Yan ' an university,which contributes to the cultivation of ideological and political educational and the level of ideological education in China.
