The Present Situation And The Analysis Of The Psychological Health Educational Work Of The Vocational Schools In Zhengzhou And Counter-measure Research

This research can concentrates on the research of the present situation of the psychological health education in same vocational schools in zhengzhou, Through the analysis of the present situation of the psychological health education of each school, some problems are found and counter-makers and psychological health administrators can use it for reference. It can also give help and guide to those psychological educators.Four purposes for this research: explore the administrative systems: explore the operational mechanism of the psychological health education of the vocational schools; explore the specific present situation of psychological health education in the vocational schools; explore the urgent problems to be solved.Two methods are used in this research: structural interview and semi-open test along with documentary analysis. This research is mainly carried cut among the chief officials of Henan provincial department of education who are responsible for the psychological health education and some vice-presidents of some 14 vocational schools in zhengzhou as well as same teachers. Semi-closed tests are made among the college students. Through the analysis, some conclusions are made:1. Although some requirements are made by the Henan provincial department of education, most are in a chaotic situation with no specialized psychological health teachers. With no formal psychological education leadership organizations with no perfect organization names and no perfect staff distribution.2. As the capital of Henan province compared with some other vocational schools in other vocational schools in other cities, the situation of psychological education of the vocational schools in zhengzhou is much better. In 2004 after Ministry of Education issued. The Essentials of psychological health Education of vocational schools, psychological health education has been carried cut in many vocational schools. Many psychological health education centres have been set up and many teachers carry cut the psychological health researches. In Henan province, there is no specific work standard for psychological health education, because of this, in many schools, many other teachers do the work in this field. Teachers work just according to their warm feelings and they have no scientific guidance. Through the analysis, some shortcomings are found in the psychological health education in the 14 schools: no balance in psychological health education, no perfect administrative system no effective measures, some misunderstanding in opinions.Some counter-measures are suggested:A proper testing system is suggested according to testing system of universities. Improve the operational mechanism of psychological health education build one effective system in improving the teacher's quality. Renew the psychological health education thinking. Pay attention to the psychological health education of teachers and students. Carry cut the psychological health work according to the characteristics of the students.
