Education is the education of people, education for people. It is a process of making people to evolve from the lower stage to high stage, from the uncivilized to the civilized, from the uncultured to wisdom. Its essential attribution is to guide the construction and development of a perfect humanization. With the progress of society, the development of science and the upgrading of human quality, education has come up as one of the key factors that has influence on human existence and development. However, as education is considered systematically existed today, its instrumental feature and utility goal can be more and more eminent. It is following up with the pace of science times unrealistically, while ignored the existence of lives and beyond the real daily life. Only when the education is not to simply teaching knowledge any more, but to critically examine our relations with the truth, inquiring our realistic existence and to carefully plan our directions for act. Then, the education could realize its value of enlightenment and be truly helpful for the accomplishment of a perfect humanity. Based on the critics of lack of humanity in middle school education, the article puts forward the principles of humanization in education management, stressing on people are the final goal for education and calling on educators to carry on the spirit of Marxism humanism and to treat students in humanity way truly and implement humanization education.The article means to introduce the understanding to humanity and its realization of a perfect humanity in middle school student's management. The article divides into four parts.The first part, Humanity and education humanization narrated brieflyabout the humanity theory both at home and abroad, emphasized more on the Marxism scientific view of humanity. Based on this, the article puts forward the connotation of education humanization and makes a comparison with present principles of students as main body and care.The second part, some behaviors that lack of humanity in education management. The article displays and analyzes some none humanity cases in education management, and points out the trends of being short of humanity in education ideology and management regulations.The third part, some humanization ideas in middle school student's education and management. Proceeding from concerning about people's life and existence to understand students properly, against any mandatory and utility. Puts forward some general norms for humanization education and management.The forth part, some strategies on humanization in middle school student's education management. The article puts forward that, firstly, one should set up the ideology of humanization in education, secondly to set up some humanization regulations, thirdly to implement humanization methods in education management.
