The elementary school music classroom teaching management is animportant part of classroom management is to improve the efficiency ofmusic teaching, training of primary school students motivation to learn animportant means to promote good relationship between teachers and students.This paper discusses the elementary school music classroom teaching culturalmanagement, and special music classroom management. I use the primaryschool classroom teaching observation, teacher interviews, questionnaires andother empirical research methods, starting rfom the status of elementaryschool music classroom for its existence, the elements of our music classroommanagement, including the management of classroom environment,classroom rules management and the particularity of the close combination ofmusic and then asked the feasibility of management recommendations, inorder to provide a reference for the majority of music education researchersand practitioners.
