| Because of more and more social expectations to teachers, bigger and bigger social competition pressure, more and more mental health problems on teachers came out, school management has been an important part of Chinese educational revolution, and management on teachers is the emphasis and difficulty in school management. The success or failure of management on teachers closely related to the result of elementary education and quality of youngsters’ growth. Humanized management on teachers is new trend of modern civilized development, it is an inevitable that school management complies with era development, and scientific management on teachers can greatly enhance the efficiency. Therefore, the appearing of a management with both humanization and scientification seems more and more inevitable. The theme I have been studying on has some prominent points: facing on the whole group, admitting the differences, emphasizing care and love, strengthening assessment and evaluation, scientific and efficient management. This thesis adequately studied on current situation of Fuxin Mongol nationality autonomous county(‘Fumeng County’ for short), paying close attention to progress and deficiency of management of Chinese teachers in junior middle school, highly improving the overall attainment and capacity, perfecting the methods of management to Chinese teachers in junior middle school, so that we can enhance the effectiveness of management, improve Chinese teachers positivity and students’ subjective initiative, finally realize a situation that students master and use their mother language very well. Although, this research faces to Chinese teachers in junior middle school, in terms of the general problems actually existing in management of all subjects’ teachers, we can see the significance of this research.The thesis firstly introduces the reason why we choose the theme, analysis the current situation of domestic and foreign research in this field, clarifies the aim and significance of the research. Secondly, according to combine existing relative data and documents with Curriculum Standards and National Outlines of Medium and Long Term Educational reformation and development, the thesis proposes theoretical basis of our research. It introduces the existing relative achievement of domestic and foreign researches, defines the concepts of humanization, scientification and management, describes the particularity of education in Fumeng county from inspects of economy situation and population constitution, expounds the defects in management to Chinese teachers in junior middle school of Fumeng county, proposes the necessity of this research. In the main part, this thesis takes research on No.l junior middle school of Fumeng county with questionnaire, and analyses the results,proposes the relative management methods. Finally, we get the conclusion that whether from the social development or need of education and human existing, we should establish the concept ‘humanization and scientification. Furthermore, two management methods should be combined. They are necessary to the management to Chinese teachers but also to management of other subjects’ teachers. The thesis gives a reasonable forecast on the bright prospect of the conclusion. |
