Research On Coordinated Development Of Institutionalized Management And Humanization Management About University Students

Student management is an important part of college managements, and institutionalized-management and humanized-management methods are two important means of student managements, Humanized-management is the soul and institutionalized-management is the foundation which have a far-reaching impact on students' physical and mental health. The scientific co-ordination between them is a necessary requirement to enhance the management quality of college students. It was found that the existences of imbalance in the applied process of institutionalized-management and humanized-management, which result in the management quality of student is not up to the expected effects. The main reason is the institutionalized-management and the humanized management is used separately. At the same time, many managers lack of the depth and art of management, tend to the rigid system or the formality of humanized-management. So it is particularly important to study on the two kinds of management in the process of student management works and discuss how to promote the further coordination between them.This article mainly focus on the connotation and the pros and cons of humanized management and institutionalized management In colleges and universities and also correctly analyze the problem of institutionalized-management and humanized-management on the basis of analysis in our University students' management situation by the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey case analysis and etc. there are some problems such as the lag of student management system, lack of democracy and implementation process, unreasonable penalty and so on in institutionalized management. However, in humanized-management some administrators lack in humanization, better method, responsibility etc.Based on these phenomena and problems, how to promote the further coordination between the institutionalized-management and the humanized-management is focuses on in the paper. There are seven measures are advised, these measures will promote the further coordination development between the institutionalized-management and the humanized-management. In a word, combined with the characteristics of different students, humanized-management will finally realize the ultimate aims of the institutionalized-management, that enable the student to obtain the dual development in professional skills and physical and mental health, cultivate the modern students with innovation spirit, practice ability and individual characteristics.
