Educational technology is the zenith of up-to-date education and the breakthrough of"education facing modernization, world and future". While technology developed and educational reformation expanded, educational technology has played more and more important role in impels quality education and advances educational modernization and has become an indispensable part in school teaching activities. And foundation of that is that teachers have first-class educational technology literacy. However, many questions should be researched earnestly that existed in popularization and application of educational technology in country junior and primary schools because of traditional education mentality, mode and method.Educational technology literacy of teachers in country school should be improved because of the speedy development of modern educational technology, which is an important content of educational reformation and a main task for educational training agency. Questionnaire was adopted to collect reformation, which was not only useful to find out the condition of educational technology literacy of expert teacher in the underdeveloped country junior school, but also reference to improve teacher's educational technology literacy in that areas and similar areas.The object and significance were expounded in the preface, at the same time the survey of this study and the research of China and abroad were also included. The text consisted of four sections. Section One: The analysis to definition of educational technology, detailed analysis was also included the content and structure of it. Section Two: The introduction to the survey and developments in education of Zhuozi Country, and educational technology ofall the junior school in this area. Besides, the introduction also included the significance of this investigation and how to design and apply it. Section Three: The analysis to the existing circumstance of educational technology literacy and educational technology training of its junior school expert teacher. Section Four: The suggestion was given to improve educational technology literacy for teachers of Zhuozi junior school. And the object of educational technology literacy training that jumped with the spirit of the age was made on the basis of existing circumstance, which was explained by training content and training mode.
