International education is one of the most popular word in private education area in China now. Xiehe Bilingual School spent its first two years to explore how to combine the very best of eastern and western education in both classroom teaching and school management and has already got some valuble experiences. If we can research on the experience it got from this two years and try to solve the organizational structure problems it faced, it will help not only the Xiehe Education Group in decision making but also other international schools.Analyse the outside and inside environment of Xiehe1, The political, ecomonic, sociocultural and technoligical development in Shanghai nowadays.2, Compared with other international schools, Xiehe's educational idea is unique.3, The origional organizational structure meets the needs of the school at the beginning.Analyse the problems Xiehe is facing with1, Lower efficiency cause more parental complain.2, The investor needs to see combination of eastern and western management.3, Lots of conflicts in sharing the school resource.4, All the problems come up with the same reason: the current organization structure no longer meets the school's development.Solution research on new organizational structure:1, Possible new organizational structure.2, Select one according to the practical conditions.3, Test the new model4, Be aware of the potencial problems of the new model.This research is expected to be helpful to the strategic transition from local education to international education of Xiehe Education Group. As a senior management team member, this research is an excellent opportunity for me to reflect my daily job and I will keep on the research process in my furture career.
