An Empirical Study On The Effect Of Organizational Culture On Teachers' Job Satisfaction In Ethnic Minority Middle Schools In Lincang Cross - Border Region In Yunnan Province

The level of development in organizational culture in national middle school is the reflection on the understanding of how important the culture in the management is that including the school development goals,teamwork,institutional constraints and so on.The satisfaction with teachers work is affected by the development of the whole school,the atmosphere in school,regulations and so on.So the study on the satisfaction with teachers work which is affected by organizational culture is containing theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the theory that is collected,classified and analyzed,the study uses the questionnaires about organizational culture and satisfaction with teachers work,the questionnaires are used by four national middle schools in Lin Cang Cross-border regions and regained 123 questionnaires.And interviewed some teachers.The study appears the following results:(1) The connection between organizational culture and satisfaction with teachers work is mild in national middle schools in Lin Cang Cross-border regions,the dimensions in questionnaires are positive correlation.(2) The overall score of organizational culture and satisfaction with teachers work in this regions national middle school is low.(3) Organizational culture and satisfaction with teachers work reflects on gender and job occupation is no significant difference in this regions national middle school. In guidebook,coordinate and vision have significant difference in this regions national middle school.The significant difference performances in pay satisfaction of dimension of marriage which in the satisfaction with teachers work.(4) In the job title, the significant difference is the guidebook of students and parents in organizational culture,the significant difference in job title is the working dimension in the satisfaction with teachers work.Based on these results,some suggestions are given to improve the schools Cross-border culture development in Lin cang.Including the level of consciousness、Institutional level and behavior level.
