At the present phase, the implementation of sustainable developmental strategy turns the undergraduate-green-education into a research area which attracts so much attention. The research of undergraduate-green-education green education is a research topic that holds both theoretic value and practical significance. Studying the undergraduate-green-education is good for the enrichment of the advanced pedagogy theory, redounds to the development of the new domain of higher education research and the promotion of higher education discipline construction, helps to impelling and deepening the organizational reform of education in China, and conduces to advance the practice development of undergraduate-green-education overall the country.The full text is arranged as follow:Firstly, the elementary theory of undergraduate-green-education is expounded. Above all, various viewpoints about undergraduate-green-education of domestic and foreign scholars are synthesized and analyzed. Then, above the foundation of the concept, its connotation is expounded, including environment education, resources education. Thirdly, the objectives of undergraduate-green-education is classified into five parts, namely the dissemination of green knowledge, the strengthening of green consciousness, the setting of green morals, the training of green behavior and the advancement of green skill. Finally, the characteristic and the localization of undergraduate-green-education are explained: it is one kind of moral education, is the education for all-around development and has characteristics of popularization, comprehensive and practical. A collective understanding of undergraduate-green-education is formed in the end.Secondly, the practice and experience of overseas undergraduate-green-education is outlined. Firstly, the development of the international environment education is explained and introduced, then the actuality of the undergraduate-green-education in US, English, Japanese and Australian is presented and the main advanced experience of these four countries can be concluded as the nation leading, the broad cooperation, the combination of teaching, scientific research and the practice, the teacher training. It is expected that undergraduate-green-education in China can be enlightenment by the above conclusion.Thirdly, the actuality of the undergraduate-green-education in China is mainly summed up.
